1. Who may use Peepl
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these terms. The beta is invitation-based. You are responsible for providing accurate account information and keeping your sign-in details secure.
2. What Peepl provides
Peepl is a voice-first social network for posts, Voice Thoughts, live audio Tables, profiles, discovery, private messages, voice notes, and calls. Beta features may be incomplete, change, pause, or be removed as we learn.
3. Your account
One person should control each account. Do not impersonate others, evade enforcement, automate abusive activity, or share access in a way that puts other users at risk. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of content you create. You give Peepl a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, store, reproduce, process, display, transmit, and distribute that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve Peepl. This licence ends when the content is deleted, except for limited residual backups, content retained with legal authority, or copies others created outside Peepl.
You must have the rights and permissions needed to share your content, including recordings, images, and information about other people.
5. Community rules
You must follow the Community Guidelines. Harassment, threats, hate or abuse, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, dangerous wrongdoing, self-harm encouragement, impersonation, spam, scams, and illegal activity are prohibited.
6. Live Tables, messages, and calls
Hosts are responsible for managing their Tables. Everyone must respect consent and privacy in voice, video, and private communication. Do not record or redistribute a private interaction without the permission required by law and the people involved.
7. Moderation
Peepl may investigate reports, remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, or permanently ban accounts to protect users, comply with law, or enforce these terms. During the small closed beta, Khuzaima Adnan is the sole moderator. Invitations may pause when moderation coverage is unavailable. Appeals can be sent to support@getpeepl.com.
8. Account deletion
You can permanently delete your account from Settings. Deletion is irreversible and is intended to remove the account and associated content, subject to limited legal, safety, and backup retention described in the Privacy Policy. See the account-deletion guide.
9. Beta availability
Peepl is provided on an “as available” beta basis. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every feature will be error-free. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Peepl is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Changes and ending access
We may update these terms as the product develops and will communicate material changes appropriately. You may stop using Peepl and delete your account at any time. We may end beta access where necessary for safety, misuse, legal compliance, or closure of the beta.
11. Applicable law and contact
These terms are governed by applicable laws of Saudi Arabia, without limiting mandatory rights that apply where you live. Questions can be sent to support@getpeepl.com.
