Delete your Peepl account

You can permanently delete your account and associated data directly inside Peepl.

Account deletion is irreversible. Download or save anything you want to keep before continuing.

Delete inside the app

  1. Sign in to Peepl and open your Profile.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Scroll to the danger zone and select Delete Account.
  4. Read both confirmation messages and choose “Yes, delete everything”.
  5. Peepl signs you out after the deletion request succeeds.

If you cannot sign in

Email support@getpeepl.com from the email address connected to your Peepl account. Use the subject “Peepl account deletion request” and include your username. We will verify account ownership before deletion. Never send your password or verification code.

What is deleted

The deletion process is intended to remove your authentication account, profile, posts, comments, reactions, follows, blocks, reports tied to ordinary account use, conversation membership, messages, stored media, voice notes, push tokens, and first-party product events associated with your account.

Limited retention

Some information may remain temporarily in operational backups for up to 30 days. Information may be retained longer when required by law or reasonably necessary for serious safety, fraud prevention, or legal claims. It will not be used for ordinary product activity after deletion.
